Shipping Policy (TikTok Live Openings)
Any orders placed for product opened during a live stream will be shipped the subsequent Sunday to the opening. Multiple orders placed in the same week will be combined and shipped together in a single package. Please use coupon code ‘2SHIP’ for free shipping on your second order (and any additional orders thereafter). Note that shipping must be paid on your first live open order within any given week. If this free shipping code is used when placing your first live open of a given week, that order will not be sent out until that shipping charge is received. This shipping detail only relates to live opening orders placed within in the same week. After your package is shipped on a Sunday, shipping must then be paid again for any future orders starting the next live stream.

Shipping Policy (Sealed Orders)
All sealed orders will be shipped withing 24-48 hours of order purchase. Free shipping will be provided for all purchases over $199 within the Continental US.

Delivery Information
Customers will receive an order confirmation w/ tracking detail via email after your order has been processed and shipped. Once a package is acknowledged by the third-party shipping provider as in transit, Continental Cards is not able to make any changes to your shipment and is no longer liable for the package. If there are questions about the status of your package or any delays/unreceived issues, please reach out to the third-party shipping provider using your confirmation email & tracking detail.

Duties & Taxes
Customs fees, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may be charged upon delivery. These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges at checkout and will be required at the point of delivery to obtain your order. Because duties/taxes vary from one country to another, Continental Cards has no way of estimating these fees for you at checkout. Please contact your local customs office for the most current fees and rate charge for your area. We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.
